Pindang Iga Sapi Palembang
Beef in light sour sauce from Palembang
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
750 gr beef (ribs)
2000 ml of water
5 belimbing wuluh / starfruit
2 red tomatoes
10 red rawits
4 red lomboks
2 salam leaves
3 tbsp kecap manis
3 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lime, juice
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 cm jahe
6 cm kunyit
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Chop the tomatoes and cut the belimbing into slices, roast the lomboks and slice them lengthwise in parts.
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat and bring to the boil, remove the foam and leave 1750 ml of broth in the pan.
Then add the bumbu, the salam, the kecap, the salt, the palm sugar, the pepper, the rawits, the tomato and the lomboks and cook until done. Then add the belimbing and cook until soft. Then stir in the lime juice and serve.
