Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr ribs (bovine)
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tomato
19 red rawits
5 tbsp oil
1000 ml of water
3 cm laos

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
7 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
7 red lomboks
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 cm jahe
1 cm kunyit

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the ribs into pieces and the tomato small. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the kecap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the laos for 3 minutes. Add the meat with the kecap and fry until the liquid has evaporated. Then add the water and cook until almost done. Then add the tomato and the rawits and fry it soft.
Sprinkle the emping and the bawang goreng on top and serve.
