Krengsengan Sandung Lamur
seasoned braised beef
Bahan-bahan:

750 gr beef (brisket)
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp petis udang
2 red lomboks
water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
10 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 red rawits
8 black peppercorns
1 tsp salt
1 tomato
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Place the meat in a pan and add enough water to cover the meat. Then cook the meat until half done and remove it from the pan. Cut the meat into strips and add it back to the water.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lomboks into rings. Add the bumbu, kecap and petis to the meat and cook, covered and over medium heat, until the liquid is almost absorbed. Then add the lomboks and cook until tender. serve.
