Javanese beef stew with a yellow bean sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients;
1000 gr beef (brisket)
2000 ml water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 cm laos (galangal)
2 salam leaves
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan;
bumbu:
1 tsp black peppercorns
6 red rawits
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp taoco/taotjo (yellow bean paste)

Taburan:
garnish:
lontong, sliced
spring onions, chopped
3 tbsp bawang goreng
kecap manis

Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Cut the meat inot pieces. Add in a pan the beef, the water, the salt, the nutmeg, the laos and the salam and let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked. Remove the laos and the salam. Pound or grint the ingrediënts for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the bumbu with the meat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Laddle the with with the sauce into bowls and garnish in with the lontong, the spring onions, the bawang goreng and sprinkle the kecap on top
