Daging Masak Sambal
Stewed beef in spicy sauce

400 gr beef
10 peteh beans
1 asam kandis
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
700 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Bumbu sambal:
9 red lomboks
5 red rawits
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
200 ml of water

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a smooth mass. Halve the peteh beans
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the meat and cook until browned. Then stir in the water, the peteh beans, the salt, the palm sugar and the asam kandis and cook it slowly until done.
