Daging Masak Rempah
beef in a spicy sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g beef
4 jeruk purut
2 cloves
2 cm cinnamon
1 lemongrass stalks
1 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
500ml beef stock
3 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 green chilies
6 green rawits
8 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 kemiri nuts
2cm kunyit
2 cm laos
1/2 tsp ketumbar

2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into 2cm cubes and crush it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut, clove, cinnamon and lemon grass for five minutes. Add the meat, pepper and salt and mix well. Add the stock and cook gently until the meat is tender. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
