Daging Kukus Berkuah Jamur
Steamed meat with mushrooms

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
200 gr minced beef
1 teaspoon pepper
1 egg white
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
1 teaspoon corn flour
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 onion, minced

Bahan kuah:
1250 ml of beef broth
1 tomato
4 shi-take
100 gr mushrooms
15 gr sedap malam / lilly flower
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons of palm sugar
3 cm jahe
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons of oil

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 shallots
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon pepper
4 cloves of garlic

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Mix the meat together with the pepper, the egg white, the palm sugar, the corn flour, the nutmeg and the onion to a homogeneous mass. Then shape a roll with a diameter of 3 cm and then steam it for 30 minutes. Then cut it into 1 1/2 cm thick slices.

Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mince the tomato, halve the mushrooms and cut the shi-cut into thin strips as well as the sedap malam. Cut the springonion into slanted pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the jahe for 3 minutes. Add the broth and bring to the boil. Then add the other ingredients and mix well. Then add the meat and cook it gently until done.
