Opor Ayam Kuning
Yellow chicken curry

1 chicken
2 salam leaves
2 cm laos
2 cm jahe
3 sereh / lemongrass
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp palm sugar
750 ml santen cair (see recipe)
250 ml santen asli (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil

10 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri nuts
2 cm kunyit
2 tsp ketumbar
1/8 tsp jinten

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken into 20 pieces. Grate the galangal and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam, the laos, the jahe and lemongrass for 4 minutes. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.
Add the santen Cair and mix well. Add the pepper, salt and palm sugar and gently boil until the chicken is nearly cooked. Add the santen asli and simmer slowly until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
