Udang Goreng Ketumbar
fried prawns with coriander
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g prawns
2 sprigs coriander/cilantro
1 salam leaf
1 lemongrass stalk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp asemwater
150 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1 1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 cm kunyit
2 candlenuts
Cara membuat:
Clean the prawns and chop the cilantro finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and lemon grass for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Then add the salt, palmsugar and the asemwater and stir well. Then spoon the cilantro through. Slowly pour the water in and cook the shrimp. Scoop them from the pan when cooked.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shrimp until golden brown and serve.
