Daging Sapi Lada Hitam
beef in black pepper sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300g beef
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper (bell pepper)
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp kecap manis
2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp palm sugar
4 tbsp water
1 spring onion
2 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the onion and the bell pepper into thin strips, chop the garlic and crush the peppercorns. Cut the spring onions into pieces. Marinate the meat with the kecap and oyster sauce and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the bell pepper and fry until soft. Then add the meat with the marinade and fry it brown. Then add the salt, black pepper, the palm sugar and mix well. Add the water and cook until tender. Stir in the spring onions and serve.
