Tetelan Daging Sapi Kecap Bumbu Pedas
beef with spicy kecap sauce 

300g shank 
1 onion
1 spring onion
1 salam leaf
1 tomato
4 tbsp asemwater
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp kecap manis
2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon salt
5 shallots
1 tbsp ketumbar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 red chilies
8 red rawits
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices, the onion into thin strips, the spring onion into pieces and chop the tomato finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
In a bowl mix the meat with the paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, spring onion, the salam and tomato for 2 minutes. Add meat and mix well. Then add the asemwater, sugar and the kecap and mix well. Let it simmer gently with the lid on for 20 minutes until it is cooked. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
