Ginjal Masak Jahe
fried kidneys with ginger in spicy sauce

250 g kidney (beef)
1 cm jahe
500 ml of water
Bahan Tumisan:
stir-fry ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 red lombok
2 cm jahe
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
250 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water together with the kidney and the jahe and cook the kidney. Then drain and cut the kidney into pieces.
Slice the onion, Lombok and jahe into strips. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, lombok and jahe for 2 minutes. Add the kidney and mix. Then add the oyster sauce, kecap, salt, pepper and then slowly add the water and stir until the sauce thickens.
