Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the meat with the paste and cook gently until the liquid has evaporated. Mix in the palm sugar and salt. Then slowly add the santen and cook the meat. Remove the meat from the pan and flatten it. Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the meat brown.
