ribs in a spicy sauce

750 gr ribs (beef)
2000 ml of water
2 cm laos
2 stalks lemongrass
1 tomato
1 tablespoon salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1 sprig of basil
2 eat asemwater
3 tablespoons oil
2 red chilies
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 tomato
Cara membuat:
Cut the ribs into pieces and the tomatoes finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and cook the ribs. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes and add it to the meat. Add the laos, lemongrass, tomato, salt and palm sugar and simmer gently until tender. Spoon in the chopped basil and asemwater and serve.
