500g beef shank
2 potatoes
2 cm jahe
1 nutmeg
1/2 tsp kecap asin
8 tbsp kecap manis
1000 ml water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
7 shallots
4 garlic teentjs
Cara membuat:
Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry in oil until golden brown. Cut the meat into cubes. Grind the whole nutmeg fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the jahe into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jahe and nutmeg for 3 minutes. Add the meat and cook for 2 minutes. Add the kecaps and stir well. Add the water and cook the meat slowly until half done. Then add the potatoes, salt and pepper and slowly cook until everything is done.
