Daging goreng burus
fried meat with kecombrang

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300g beef fillet
600 ml water
2 tsp salt
1 bunga kecombrang
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tsp ketumbar
5 cloves garlic
2cm kunyit
1cm jahe
50 g laos
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices and chop the flower. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat the pan the water and add the meat and the salt and cook briefly. Mix the meat with the paste and flower and leave for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown.
