500g beef shank
1000 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oil
7 shallots
1 cm jahe
2 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces of 4x4cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat, salt, pepper and nutmeg and cook it slowly until its almost done. Remove the meat from the pan.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and kecap and stir well. Add the broth and let it simmer slowly until everything is cooked.
