roasted chicken with nuts

1 chicken
1 lemon, juice
1 lemongrass stalk
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
600 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
8 red chilies
5 red rawits
6 shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 cm laos
1 tsp ketumbar
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
5 candlenuts, toasted
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces and marinate it for at least 15 minutes with the lemon juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with lemongrass for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and mix well. Then add the palm sugar, the salt and the water and cook the chicken until done.
Roast the chicken over a charcoal fire until golden brown under regular basking with the sauce.
