200g grated coconut
2 cm laos
7 jeruk purut
500 ml of water
4 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
11 shallots
7 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar
2 tbsp palm sugar
2 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices, grate the jahe. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the meat with the coconut, the paste, the jahe and jerut purut. Mix the oil through. Bake slowly until the color changes of the meat. Slowly add the water and stir until the meat is cooked and dry.
