Sate padang asli
beef satay with sour sauce

bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 asam kandis
1 tsp salt
500 ml of water
2 tbsp rice flour
skewers

bumbu:
10 red lomboks
2 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp jinten
9 shallots
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
2 cm laos

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Roast the ketumbar and jinten dry in a skillet. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into small cubes.
Heat the water in a pan and add the meat, the bumbu, the lemongrass, the jeruk purut leaves, the salt and asem kandis and cook the meat until tender. Remove the meat from the pan and add the rice flour and cook until the sauce has thickened.
Thread the meat on the skewers and roast them over a charcoal fire until brown. Pour the sauce over the sate, sprinkle with the bawang goreng and serve.
