Spiced drink from Madura
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1250 ml of water
100 gr jahe
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 pandan leaves
6 cm cinnamon
4 cloves
2 star anise
1/2 tsp peppercorns
100 g of palm sugar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Peel the jahe and crush it as well as the sereh. Heat in a pan the water together with all ingredients and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and then steep for another 10 minutes.
Strain the beverage while pouring, can be served both cold and hot.
