pork with vegetables

500 gr pork
2 potatoes
1 leek
100 gr sugar snaps
4 cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 red rawit (small chilie)
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
250 ml water
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat and the potatoes into cubes. Slice the leek, de rawit and the garlic fine. Mix the trassi with the water. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat lightbrown. Add the potatoes, the leek, the sugar snaps, the cloves, the rawit, the garlic, the salt and the pepper and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the trassiwater and let it simmer slowly for 20-30 minutes until the meat and the potatoes are cooked.
