Babi dan Tahu Kecap
pork and tofu braised in kecap

500g pork belly
200g tahu/tofu
1000 ml water
15 cloves garlic
1 tbsp peppercorns
4 tbsp kecap asin
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin hitam (dark soy sauce)
1 tbsp palm sugar
3 cloves
5 cm jahe
Cara membuat:
Cut the tofu into 10 cubes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tahu golden brown and drain. Cut the meat into small pieces. Crush the garlic, the pepper and the jahe.
Heat in a pan the water and add the meat, garlic, pepper, cloves and jahe. When the water starts to boil again, then add the kecaps, the tahu and palm sugar and let it cook slowly covered for one hour until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
