1000 gr pork belly / pork
250 ml water
5 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp kecap asin
3 tbsp rice wine / arrack
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
3 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe/ginger
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into cubes. Heat in a wok/wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the sesame oil, rice wine and the meat and cook it for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer slowly until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
