Babi Perai
pork with leek

300 gr pork
300 gr leek (bawang perai)
2 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
100 ml water
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into small cubes and the leek in thin rings. Slice the lomboks into strips. Rub the meat in with the salt and the pepper. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown. Add the leek and the lomboks and fry it for 5 minutes. Then add the kecap and the water and let it simmer slowly until its cooked.
