Babi pedis dan daun papaya
pork with papaya leaf

250 g pork
250 g papaya leaf
2 lemongrass
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
7 cm jahe
7 red rawits
1/2 tsp trasi
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Then add the meat along with the lemon grass and fry it brown. Then add the water and papaya leaves and simmer gently until done.
