Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr pork (fat)
1 lime juice
1 tsp salt
6 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 onion
50 ml water

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices and marinate it with the lime juice for at least 15 minutes. Cut the shallots and garlic finely and the onion into thin strips.
Mix the meat with the salt, garlic, shallots and kecap in a pan and simmer it gently until the fat from the meat is released. Then add the water and the onion and cook the meat slowly until done.
