Sate Bumbu kikil kacang pedas
kikil satay in spicy peanut sauce

500g kikil
2 green chilies
2 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut
300 ml water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp asemwater
Haluskan sauce:
Bumbu Sauce:
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
100g peanuts
Cara membuat:
Cut the kikil into pieces of 3x3cm and green chilies in slanting slices. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the green chilies, the salam and the jeruk purut for 2 minutes. Add the kikil along with the water and mix. Stir in the pepper, salt and palm sugar and cook until the sauce has thickened. Then mix the asemwater in it. Thread the kikil on the skewers and grill slowly above a charcoal fire until golden brown. Serve with peanut sauce.

Cut the shallots, garlic and chilies finely. Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil and fry for 2 minutes. Pound or grind the peanuts into a paste and add it. Mix together well and cook until the oil rises to the top.
