Ayam Bali 2

800 gr. chicken
50 gr. mushrooms
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 sereh (lemongrass), bruised
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
300 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

3 cm jahe (ginger)
1 tsp. kencur (bitterroot)
1 cm laos (galangal)
2 red lomboks
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. ketumbar (coriander)
2 shallots

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the chicken into strips, the peppers into strips and the mushrooms into slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the peppers and cook them for another 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then the kecap, sugar and salt and mix. Serve
