Ayam Bumbu Kemangi
Fried chicken in a spicy sauce

6 chicken thights
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 sereh (lemongrass)
100 gr green tomatoes
21 kemangi ;eaves (lemon basil)
4 tbsp oil

4 red lomboks
6 red rawits
3 cm jahe (ginger)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp trassi baker (roaste shrimp paste)

Cara membuat:
Sprinkle the chicken with the salt and the pepper and let it stand for 15 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken golden brown and remove them. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Slice the tomatoes fine. Add the bumbu, the jeruk purut, the sereh followed by the tomatoes and let it simmer slowly until the tomatoes are very soft. Add the chicken and cook it slowly for a few minutes. Then add the kemangi, mix and serve.
