Ayam Bumbu panggang Cabai hijau

1 chicken
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt (chicken)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
500 ml santen cair
2 tablespoons oil
3 kemiri
2cm trassi
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 green chilies
7 green rawits
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces and marinate it with lemon juice and salt. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the chicken, pepper, salt and palm sugar. Add the coconut milk and let it simmer slowly until the sauce thickens.
Roast the chicken until golden brown over a charcoal fire and sprinkle regularly with the sauce.
