Ayam masak paprika
Fried chicken with bell pepper

200 gr chicken filet
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
100 ml chicken stock
100 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp worcherstershire sauce
1 green bell pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp lime juice

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin strips. Slice the garlic and the onion fine and the belle pepper into strips. Mix the meat with the salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Heat in a wok 2 tbsp oil and fry the meat brown and remove it. Add the remaining oil and fry the garlic and the onions for 3 minutes. Then add the stock, the tomato sauce, the worcherstershire sauce, the belle pepper and the basil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and the lime juice and the it cook for 1 minute then serve.
