Ayam Suwir Pedas
Spicy shredded chicken

250 gr chicken breast
1 sereh (lemongrass)
1 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 tbsp asem (tamarind)
100 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1/2 tomato
2 tbsp oil

3 small shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat until done. Remove the meat and shred the meat using a fork. Slice the tomato fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil
and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add the sereh, the salam, the jeruk purut, the asem , the tomato and the meat and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the stock and let it cook slowly until all fluid have been absorbed
or evaporated.
