Ayam Suwir Serai 
stewed shredded chicken with lemon grass

200g chicken breast
3 lemongrass stalks
2 pandan leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
2 red rawits
3 candlenuts 
Cara membuat:
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken gently rose. Let it cool and then shred it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut / pull the pandan leaves into pieces.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the paste with the lemongrass and pandan for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the broth, salt, pepper and palm sugar and let it simmer gently until everything is cooked.
