Semur Ayam Suwir Jamur
Stewed chicken with mushrooms

250 gr chicken fillet / thighs
100 gr mushrooms
1 lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 cm jahe
3 red lomboks
300 ml of water
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 spring onion
2 tbsp oil

4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Marinate the chicken with the lime juice and salt and leave for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lamboks into thin slices and spring onions into strips. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the water together with the chicken and cook until done. Take out the chicken and shred it (coarsely)
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the jeruk purut, the sereh, the jahe and the lomboks for 4 minutes. Add this to the broth together with the chicken and mushrooms and bring to the boil. Then add the kecap and spring onion and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve.
