fries chicken in a coconut sauce

2 chickens (600 gr each)
300 ml coconut milk
2 lemongrass

Bahan-bahan marinade:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp coriander
7 rawits
3 cm ginger
1 cm kunyit (turmeric/kurkuma)
salt to taste
2 tbsp lime juice
150 ml coconut milk

Cara membuat:
Halve the chickens but do not cut through. Flatten the chickens. Ground the ingredients for the marinade into a tick smooth paste and marinade the chickens with it for 30 minutes. Heat a wok and put int the chickens with the marinade and cook it for 10 minutes. Then add the lemongrass and the coconut milk and cook it for 30-45 minutes until the meat is tender and almost all the liquid had evaporated.
