Fried spicy hens

2 hens
500 ml santen (coconut milk)
2 sereh (lemon grass)
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)
5 red lomboks
3 cm jahe (ginger)
1 cm kunyit (turmeric)
½ tso salt
2 tbsp lime juice
Cara membuat:
Slip the hens and flatten them. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix half of the santen with the bumbu. Heat a wok and broil the hens for 6 minutes. Marinate the hens with the sauce for 15 minutes. Fry the hens and the marinate for 10 minutes in the wok. Then add the remaining santen and the sereh and let it cook slowly for 30 minuten until the hens are done and the liquid is nearly evaporated.
