Ayam Panggang Bumbu Kuning

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken (1200 gr)
500 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 sereh (lemongrass)
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 cardaman
2 cloves
1 tsp asem (tamarind)
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
5 kemiri (candlenuts)
1 cm laos (galangal)
4 cm kunyit (curcuma)
4 cm jahe (ginger)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp aniseed
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)
1 tsp pepper
3 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
Cara mambuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces. mix the asem with the water. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu together with the sereh, the jeruk purut, the cloves and the cardamon for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and fry it brown. Add the santen and the asemwater and let it simmer slowly for 10-15 minutes. Remove the chicken and roast in brown and done above a charcoalfire. Sprinkle the chicken with some of the sauce during roasting. Serve the chicken with the remaining sauce.
