grilled spicy chicken

1000 gr chicken
3 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
1 tsp asem (tamarind)
2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
3 red lomboks

Cara membuat:
Cut the lomboks fine. Mix the water with the asem. Heat in a pan the kecap, the salt, thebutter and the asemwater. Mix in the lomboks when the sauce boils. Cut the chicken into 4 pieces and cook them in water for 10 minutes, then drain. Marinate the chicken with the sauce for at least 15 minutes. Grill the pieces above a charcoal fire until golden brown. Sprinkel the pieces with the sauce during cooking.
