Ayam Masak Jamur
fried chicken with mushrooms 

1 chicken
4 cloves garlic
2cm jahe
100g mushrooms
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp barkeeper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
2000 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces, chop the garlic finely, halve the mushrooms and grate the jahe. Cut the spring onions into small pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and the jahe for 1 minute. Add the chicken and fry until brown. Then add the mushrooms, the kecap, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add water and cook slowly until done. Stir in the spring onions and serve.
