Ayam Kemangi Priangan
spicy chicken with kemangi and tomato

350 gr chicken thighs/fillet
1 onion
3 tbsp coconut milk
5 red lomboks
2 red habanero
5 red rawits
5 sprigs of kemangi
3 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp black pepper
100ml water
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp oil

5 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts, roasted
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into thin slices. Cut the onion into thin slices. Cut the lomboks, the habanero and the rawits into thin rings. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry the onion over low heat until it is golden brown and soft. Then add the meat and fry while stirring until the meat changes color. Then add the water and coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the lomboks, the habanero and the rawits and mix well and cook until done. Then add the kemangi and tomatoes and mix well. Sprinkle the black pepper on top and serve.
