chicken in a white curry sauce        

750 gr chicken
4 red onions
2 white onions
1 lemongrass
600 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
1 tbsp lime juice
salt too taste

5 cm laos
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 theel trassi bakar
3 candlenuts
3 cm ginger
3 cm kunyit (kurkuma)
1 red chilli pepper

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces and the onions into thin slices. Pound the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the coconut milk and stir in the paste along with the onions and the lemongrass. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then and the chicken and let in simmer slowly for 30 minutes until the chicken is nearly done. Add the salt and the lime juice and let it simmer for 5 more minutes before serving.
