Ayam Kecap Padang

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr chicken thighs
300ml water
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
3 red lomboks
5 red rawits
oil

1/2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut the shallots, the garlic, the onion, the lomboks and the rawits into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water together with the chicken and the bumbu and cook until the liquid has halved. Remove the chicken from the pan. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken until brown and tender and set aside.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, onion, lomboks and rawits for 4 minutes. Then add the chicken, the kecap, the pepper, the palm sugar and the salt and fry while stirring until the moisture is absorbed. Serve.
