Tumis Ayam Saus Cabai Merah
fried chicken in a sweet red pepper sauce

200 g chicken
75 gr dried red lomboks
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 spring onion

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Finely slice the lomboks and the spring onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the lomboks until they are soft. Then add the chicken and mix well. Then add the salt, palm sugar and kecap and fry the chicken until done. Then mix in the spring onion. serve.
