Tumis Ayam Sawi Asin
stir fry chicken with salted cabbage
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken fillet
150 gr sawi asin / salted cabbage
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
3 tbsp kecap sin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp angciu, otherwise mirin or rice wine
1 1/2 tbsp five-spice powder
150 ml of water
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into small cubes. Squeeze the moisture out of the salted cabbage. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry until it changes colour. Then add the kecap asin, the angciu and the oyster sauce and mix well.
Then add the five herbs, the water, the kecap manis, the salt and the pepper and mix well.
Then cook over low heat and covered until done. Serve.
