Tumis Ayam Putren
stewed chicken with sweetcorn

1/2 chicken
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
150 gr sweet corn
100 gr carrot
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp kecap Asin
1/4 tsp salt
21/2 tsp pepper
100ml water
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices. Cut the carrot and corn into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry while stirring until it changes color.
Then add the corn and the carrot and fry until soft. Then add the oyster sauce, the kecap, the salt and the pepper and mix well,
Then add the water and cook until done. Then mix in the sesame oil and serve.
