fried chicken stewed in spiced coconut milk
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken (700 gr)
1 tbsp asam jawa + 50 ml water
2 tsp salt
250 ml coconut milk (from 1/4 coconut)
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass)
4 jeruk purutu leaves
2 tbsp butter
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
8 red lomboks
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp jinten
2 cm kencur
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 tsp terasi / trasi
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces and rub it in with the asam water and salt. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk together with the bumbu, the jeruk purut and the serai in a pan and bring to the boil. Then add the chicken and cook the chicken until tender and until the moisture has evaporated.
Baste the chicken with the melted butter and fry the chicken over low heat until brown. Serve.
