spicy stewed fried chicken

8 chicken thighs
2 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
400 ml of coconut water
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 theel asam jawa

7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper (

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the coconut water together with the bumbu, the salam, the laos, the kecap, the asam and the chicken and cook the chicken until done.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until brown.
