stewed spiced chicken

1 small chicken
1 lime, juice
1500 ml of water
1 cm jahe
1 carrot
1 sprig of celery
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 spring onion

Cara membuat:
Cut the carrot into slices and the onion into slices. Cut the spring onion into 2 cm pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the chicken into 4 pieces.
Rub the chicken with the lime juice and leave it for 15 minutes. Then rinse off.
Heat in a pan the water together with the chicken and the jahe and cook on low heat until 1/4 of the moisture has evaporated. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook until the chicken and vegetables are done. Serve.
