Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr duck (chick / young)
1500 ml of water
75 gr bean sprouts, blanched
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 jeruk purut leaves
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 kluwak / keluak, soaked
3 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
3 kemiri nuts
1 cm jahe
1 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 cm kunyit
1 tsp salt

Pelengkap:

lime juice

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the duck and cut it into 6 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the water and the duck and cook slowly until done.
Put the soup in a bowl and sprinkle some bean sprouts on top. Serve it with the complementary.
